As I was looking in the March picture folder I cant remember much, but it looks like we took a trip to visit our moms in Rexburg went to the park and fed ducks. Peyton loves to help give little sis a bath. I tried to start Paisley on rice cereal, she was not a fan and still needs a little more strength to hold her head up.
February
A few things this month were Valentines day, play date with Peyton’s friend Kerrigan, Peyton’s new “Dora” hair cut, and Peyton finding her new love of cooking which consisted of PIZZA! Peyton’s love for strawberries is pretty darn cute, this girls can eat them all day long and fall asleep with them as well. I am enjoying my schedule and the time I have off to spend time with my girls. Paisley is growing like a weed and is keeping us busy. For V-Day my dear sweet hubby made me a wonderful steak and potato dinner, it may have been 11 pm when I got home from work and he stayed up for me. It was so sweet and thoughtful of him. He even cut the steak into a heart shape, shaped the fruit into a heart too, and may have had to call his mom and ask how to bake a potato.
Preschool
Since our work schedules have changed we no longer need daycare. So we decided to start Peyton in a preschool. We were lucky enough that a lady in our ward had an opening in the middle of the year. She was so excited on her first day to wear her backpack. One of the neighbor girls goes there as well and she was beyond excited to sit next to her. She came home with a snowman made of paper plates and was proud that she made it all by her self . She also made a snowman made of biscuits that we had to cook. I think she will like it and will give her something to do without sister around.
Little P is two months old!
So when Peyton was born I had pictures taken of her like every 3 months, well now that is not the case due to funds and time. So I attempted to take some myself. Little P cousin Shelby made these adorable Minnie hat and diaper cover, so cute! I think the pictures turned out okay. It was fun to mess with all the functions on my camera and to try to learn how to use it.
New Years Eve
We had a fun time at his brothers house for New Years. We had dinner, played games, and stayed up to watch the ball drop. 2012 was a great and challenging year and we are looking forward to what 2013 brings us.
Sisters
I feel so blessed to have these two adorable little girls to raise. Little P has been a bit of a challenge compared to her sister, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Peyton has now become more interested in little P and loves to help out. When she cries she runs over and gives her the binky or puts a blanket on her. Now that I am not nursing anymore she loves to help feed her. She gives her kisses every night, so cute! She is so anxious for little P to wake up in the morning so she can say HI to her. I am looking forward to seeing them grow up and be close sisters, or at least that is my hope.
